Pay Only for Active Users

Instead of charging for every account in your lab, we only count users who are logged in at the same time. You can register as many user accounts as you need. If your lab has 30 researchers but only 10 are working simultaneously, you pay for 10. It's a simpler, fairer way to license an ELN.

Think about your busiest shift or time of day. How many people are actively using the system at once? That's your number. Most labs find their concurrent count is significantly lower than their total headcount. You won't be doing it alone. Our team works with you to plan your transition, whether you're coming from paper, spreadsheets, Google Docs, or another ELN. During your demo, we'll assess your current setup and walk you through the best path forward for your lab.

Every plan comes with dedicated onboarding support to get your lab up and running. This includes setup and configuration guidance, live training for your team, and ongoing support after launch. Depending on your lab's needs, we can also scope additional services like custom template builds or complex data migration. Your onboarding specialist will work with you to put together the right plan.

Annual billing is $125 per concurrent user per month, compared to $150 on the monthly plan. That saves you the equivalent of two full months per year. You can start monthly and switch to annual anytime.
