From there you add optional applications only if you need them, at $295/month each ($2,950/year): LabVia for automation and instrument integration, LabDrive for scientific data management (SDMS), LabVista for reporting and analytics, and Lab Portal for client sample submission and tracking.
Do you really include unlimited users?
Yes. Every ELabELN plan includes unlimited user accounts at no additional cost, on both monthly and annual billing. Add researchers, students, contractors, or external collaborators whenever you need to, no seat audits, no surprise invoices when your team grows. Because most ELN software charges per user, unlimited users typically makes ELabELN a fraction of the cost as your team scales.
How does annual billing work?
Switching to annual billing saves you the equivalent of two full months per year, you pay for 10 months instead of 12, with no change to features or user limits. ELabELN is $5,900/year and each add-on application is $2,950/year. You can start monthly and switch to annual anytime.
